Minutes of Interim Board Meeting

Present: Lyn Grant, Andrew De Garis, Ros De Garis, Ken Parcell, Len Loechel, Alison Howlett, Robin Weissel, Ted Manka

Business Arising:
- Bunnings BBQ first Monday of every month, Ted to liaise with Laura, Bunnings to approve early start at 7.00am and Bunnings to light the BBQ.
- Trial one day of the weekend every quarter commencing May 2023
OTHER BUSINESS:
- Tracey membership is paid, and Alison is her sponsor
- Sponsors dinner 4 tables x 10 and Bartley to supply white tablecloths on 21 February.
- Final amount at December 2022 $74,679.02. Ken moved $1000 be donated to Foodbank and see if they need help;

- Identify areas damaged by floods and Andrew in liaison with representatives in those areas regarding providing volunteer work or money.
