The tasks for the day are basically being broken into two parts:

- open power board
- Uniting Tech for setup of stage
- open Church
- start Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club (SSLSC) site fencing, tables etc
- Green Room tent
- entrance tents/tables
- raffle
- toilets
- tarps
- Activities area
- drop off zone
 
14:00
- organise Activities groups
- sound check
- entrance signage etc
- decorate Rotary ute
- close off Church car park
- organise raffle for Anglicare StarBears
- set up Green Room
 
1500 - 1600
- First Aid team arrives
- MC arrives
- meet with Mayor
 
 
2.  BBQ (incl drinks and ice-creams), organised by Jean
Scott, Charles, Barry, Steve, Ted, Peter, Robin, Steve, Brian W, Ken, Gary, Neal, Denis & family
 
10:00
- deliver BBQ trailer
- BBQ supplies & drinks (Gary)
- locate BBQ trailer and setup
- setup BBQ serving tables & tents
- set up drinks (includes ice)
- ensure all supplies are in place (snags, ice, onions, bread, drinks, condiments)
 
13:00
- Dimi to deliver ice-cream van, connect to power
- Denis to take charge
 
14:00
- RCWL return to site to start BBQ
- organise ticket collection system
- set up central cashier
- have food ready from 15:00 when gates open
 
19:00
- commence pack up
