Ingredients:
100 gms | Brown sugar |
½ cup | Thickened cream |
40 gms | Unsalted butter |
2 tbs | Crystalised ginger finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat gently until butter and sugar melt.
2. Increase heat to medium and bring to the boil simmering for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
3. Serve on top of ginger pudding with a dob of whipped cream.
