Blowfly Corner

Ingredients:

2 cups

Salted roasted peanuts

¼ cup

Water

2 cups

Caster sugar

80 gms

butter

 

Directions:

1. Spread the peanuts on a tray lined with baking paper. 
 2. Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves.
 3. Bring to the boil and cook without stirring until golden, usually about 10 minutes, then pour over the peanuts. 
 4. Allow to cool then break up and store in an airtight jar until needed for decorating or nibbling.
