president's report

  • BBQ hire?
A couple of years ago we hired out the BBQ trailer to the Adelaide Jaguars Soccer club.
They have requested to hire again, for Sunday 22 September. They would pick up and drop back.
We do have a number of things that weekend (Bunnings on Sat, Carousel on Sat/Sun).
Ros and Andrew will be out of action most of the weekend, so cannot help with the organising of pickup/dropoff.

    So, 2 questions.

    1. Do we hire out?
    2. Who does the liaison?

We need to get back to them quickly so they can get organised.
There were some concerns about ensuring cleanliness of bbq on return.
  • Expressions of interest for 50 year Anniversay Committee
If you wish to be involved in the 50 year Anniversary Committee, or even one aspect of the planning (events, history, etc) please let Scott know
