1. Preheat oven to 220c then place flour and butter in a processor and work until crumbs form. 

2. Add cream and mix then slowly add lemonade until the mix comes together. 

3. Cover and allow to rest for 1/2 hour then mix in apple and raspberries. 

4. Roll out to 2.5 cms thick (about 1" in old terms) and cut to size with scone cutter then place on oven tray lined with baking paper. 

5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and serve with raspberry jam and whipped cream.
