Guest Speaker: Sam Jacobs

Sam is a former AFL footballer. He played a combined total of 208 AFL games with Carlton (2007-2010), Adelaide Crows (2011-2019) and GWS (2020). Sam gave a brief interesting talk about his playing career. He was born in Ardrossan and is 202cm (6 ft 8 ins tall).

Serves: 10

Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: n/a.

Ingredients:

2 packets	Tim Tam biscuits
250 gms	Spreadable cream cheese
200 gms	70% dark chocolate
	Dessicated coconut, chocolate logs or unsweetened cocoa to coat

Directions:

1. Blitz biscuits and cream cheese in processor until smooth then form into about 1 1/2 teaspoon balls.

2. Set aside then melt chocolate and allow to cool but not set.

3. Roll balls in chocolate to coat then roll in your choice of the coatings.

4. Serve after dinner with coffee or at Xmas party.
