The Four-Way Test

This Meeting was the Cruise on the Lake.  

It was a great cruise - good weather, good company, good food, good scenery.  

 

Sixty one persons participated which, apart from most RCWL members, included their guests and members of RC Port Adelaide.

1. Steam the asparagus until just tender then drain, rinse in cold water and cut into pieces 2.5 cm long.

2. Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss.

3. Place all dressing ingredients in a jar and gently shake to combine.

4. When ready to serve drizzle dressing over the salad.
