2. Remove skin from ham making sure you leave fat intact and then score fat only in a diamond pattern and stud with cloves in the centre of each diamond.
3. Place ham in baking dish on a wire rack to keep clear of the bottom and pour in about 1 litre of boiling water.
4. Seal with al foil and place in the oven cooking for 1 1/2 hours.
5. While this is cooking place orange juice, sugar, mustard and honey in a saucepan and simmer over a medium heat for 15 minutes until it thickens.
6. Remove foil from ham and brush with the glaze before returning to the oven or in your kettle bbq.
7. Cook for a further 1 1/2 hours coating with the glaze every 10 minutes until you have a golden crusty layer.
NOTE-------Serve with turkey and vegetables for your Xmas dinner or with salads.
