Abby - September
Hi Ros & West Lakes

I’ve just started back at school, and it’s quite hard!
This year I am doing French, German, English and of course, it’s all in Italian. I am with the same kids as last year, so I have friends in my class.

I have also recently changed families, I was at my tutors house for a week where we did some dancing!
At my new family I have a host brother who is ten, and they have a dog!
Although at this house I speak English in the home as they want to learn.

Goolwa Golf event
Dear Fellow Rotarian

One of the great things in Rotary are the fellowships, in Australia we have a golfing fellowship which runs an event each year somewhere in Australia.

Next year from 6th-11th April 2025 we will be holding our event at the South Lakes Golf Club at Goolwa, SA. This is four days of golf for the Rotarians, four or three days of golf for the partners and visitors, plus organised tours for the partners who do not play golf.

Attached is a brochure which tells you a little about the event, it would be appreciated if you could forward this email to any golfers in your club. Also if members would like to find out more about the fellowship they can go to www.agfr.org

On the brochure there is a link to the Rotary Club of Adelaide website where Rotarians can register for the event.
Thank you for reading this email and letting your club know about the golfing fellowship.
Should anyone want more information please do not hesitate to contact me

Kind regards
Rob Motteram
