Guest Speaker: Phil Hoffmann Phil Hoffmann of Phil Hoffmann Travel gave an update on the travel industry following disruptions caused by COVID. Demand is strong and has reached pre-COVID levels but the Industry is plagued by shortages of staff and airline capacity has not yet fully recovered. At a previous talk to RCWL on this topic, Phil expected the industry could be back to ‘normal’ by 2024 but now thinks this is a bit optimistic. The cruising sector is doing well.
