Ingredients:

 

Pan juices from cooking the Turkey

Ice cubes

1/3 cup

Plain flour

2 cups

Chicken stock

3 tbsp

Jellied cranberry sauce

1 cup

White wine

Directions:

1. Place ice cubes in a large bowl and pour over the pan juices then remove solidified fat and ice with a slotted spoon and place in another bowl. 
2. Take out 2 tablespoons of the fat and place in the baking dish over stovetop and stir in the flour then cook until golden brown
3. Add the pan juices and cranberry sauce then stir while cooking. 
4. Keep cooking and whisk in the wine and then stock slowly for about 5 minutes until the right consistency is achieved. 
5. Pour into jugs and serve with the turkey.
