  • 11 October club BBQ and dessert at the path of memories from 6pm - $25.00 per head, bring friends and family, chair, drink, and a glass.
  • 1 November – Melbourne Cup meeting to be held at the Carousel.
Vocation & Environment (Alison)

Gourmet Gary’s Honey Sriracha Scallops or Prawns
 
Blowfly Corner
 
 
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 15 min
Cooking Time: 15 min.
 
 500gms
Green scallops or prawns
1
Small teaspoon cracked pepper
2 tbsp
Honey
2 tsp
Sriracha sauce
1 tsp
Cider vinegar
1 pinch
Salt
2 tbsp
Vegetable oil
3 cloves
Garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped
 

Directions:

1. Season the scallops or prawns with the pepper and salt and heat the oil in a thick based or cast iron pan. 

2. Mix the honey, sriracha sauce and apple cider vinegar together in a small bowl and set aside. 

3. Cook the garlic in the pan until golden colour then add sauce, allow to heat, then add prawns or scallops, turning while cooking. 

4. Turn on to a serving tray and garnish with the coriander.

WE EXCHANGE ANYTHING - BICYCLES, WASHING MACHINES, ETC. WHY NOT BRING YOUR WIFE ALONG AND GET A WONDERFUL BARGAIN?
